The Project entails the construction of a P-20 Data Warehouse that will include data from several source systems and several data marts designed to support research and reporting. The goal is to efficiently generate research datasets and summary information. The P-20 Data Warehouse Project is currently in the process of contracting with Choice Solutions for their P-20 product and implementation services to implement their solution and necessary customization at a Department of Enterprise Services (DES) site using Choice Solutions, ERDC and DES resources. It is anticipated that Choice Solutions will be on site starting in late February 2012. The Administrative Project Manager will report operationally to P-20 Program Management and Sponsors and contractually to the P-20 Program Director. The Administrative Project Manager will also need to work collaboratively with project managers from the other projects under the P-20 Program, as well as the QA vendor and Office of the CIO Management Oversight consultant. ERDC values an Administrative Project Manager with expert-level project management skills who has demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex information technology projects, preferably data warehouse projects, can work in a political environment with competing stakeholder interests and has excellent, proven project team, vendor and stakeholder management skills.
